'Bia' means 'food' in Irish, and we hope that Bia Kitchen will be a place where you will gather with friends for a superb meal, a bottle of wine, or a thoughtfully prepared cocktail. Our food is rooted in the kind of meals we love to eat ourselves - fresh, seasonal, and prepared with care and love for the art of great food.

Chef Shane O’Connor and his family bring the tastes of Ireland to the table, along with a love of the food and traditions found throughout Europe.

What is growing and available close to home is what you will find on the menu. Local meats, beautiful produce, fresh seafood and whole grains that are milled locally shape the menus that are available throughout the year. When the seasons change, you’ll see that change on the plate, too.
